THE BROTHER’S RESTAURANT serves you from a building that for more than 100 years has been part of RED BANK’s history.

Once known as the WEST END HOTEL, it later became a local tavern. In 1957, Bill (Dilly) took over the business with his brother Tony, thus becoming “THE BROTHERS”.

Dilly was the fourth child in a family of 8 children. His parents Assunta and Tobio Pecoraro came to the US in 1908 from Naples Italy.

After the loss of his brother Tony in 1960, Dilly continued the restaurant as a family business. Millie, his sister, took over the kitchen and her husband Tony Cortese worked as a bartender and all around handyman.

In the summer of 2002, Jim Turner and Ralph Ventre were in the dining room at THE BROTHERs’ with their wives. Their waitress informed them that the restaurant was for sale. Ralph and Jim looked at each other and said “MAYBE WE SHOULD BUY THIS JOINT” and that is EXACTLY what they did in February 2003.

The menu has been upgraded and improved many times! Brothers has EXCELLENT pizza, but also has a larger selection of appetizers, dinners, wraps, salads, burgers and desserts.

A casual atmosphere, children friendly, and affordable prices – especially in Red Bank!
